– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped.
– Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

2. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

3. Exchanges
– We accept exchanges for different products or sizes within 30 days of receipt.
– To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
– You may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
– Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
– We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
